Refund policy

By ordering with us, you have agreed to the return policy below:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

A few important things to know:

  • Returns are for store credit or exchange only
  • All return requests must be submitted before sending anything back
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted
  • We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages after the shipping carrier confirms delivery


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note that return requests will have to be started through email, and instructions on where to send the return will be included if accepted. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If an item is out of stock for an exchange, a in store credit will be issued.

Refunds
RETURNS ARE FOR IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY OR EXCHANGES. NO REFUNDS. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mmckeever711@gmail.com.
